• (1), Reverse Switch Shaft Bushing (This Supports The Switch Shaft To Allow For A Longer Life)
• (2), Jumpers Installed And Should Not Be Removed/Moved
• (1), Rubber Gasket
• (1) Sheet Metal Cover + Base Set, Powder Coated Bridgeport Gray + Instructions Inside Top Cover
  
• (2) Lock Washers + (2), Phillips Head Screws Used On The Ground Wires (Installed In Ground Location Inside Sheet Metal Base)
• (2), Cables Made In House To Attach To Your Machine/Power Source (Switch & Cables Are Tested Before Shipping)
